You can choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cottage inspections During each visit, our professional team will conduct a thorough on-site check of your cottage.

We will check for:

• Signs of water damage/leaks
• Signs of animal infestation
• Property damage such as broken windows, fallen trees, missing roof shingles
• Problems with electrical and plumbing
• Signs of intruders

If we encounter any concerns, we will:

• Contact the owner
• Document with photos and a written report
• Secure and/or repair the cottage
